QA Engineer @ North (Willing to travel to Batam when required)
(Singapore - Ang Mo Kio)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for product transfer, product qualification and final acceptance testing of electro-mechanical equipment
- Conduct conformance testing & outgoing buy-off on product per customer requirements
- Compile, analyze and generate buy-off report
- Liaise with customers/suppliers/production to resolve non-conformance matters and ensure corrective/preventive actions are taken appropriately
- Support QC function & improvement activities
- Work with cross functional groups on existing product design improvement and new product development
- Support in FMEA, control plan, ECN, work instruction and product test plan
- Responsible for new product transfer, technical training and guidance to our QA team in Batam.
Requirements:
- Degree/ Diploma in Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent technical discipline
- Minimum 3 years’ of relevant experience in quality assurance & testing of semiconductor equipment especially in electro-mechanical assembly & integration
- Knowledge of QA techniques, procedure and methodologies
- Able to work independently, confidently and result oriented
- Good communication and technical report writing skills
- Good knowledge of International Industrial Standard such as ISO, SEMI, IEC, UL508A, NFPA 70/79 will be an added advantage
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Words and PowerPoint)
- Prepared to travel and station overseas for short period of time for training and product transfer activities
- Applicants should be Singaporean or PR holders only
- 5 days working week
- Mon to Fri: 0800 to 1730
