Familia Laundry didirikan di Batam - Indonesia pada tahun 2003, dengan menawarkan jasa laundry kiloan bagi perorangan dan keluarga dengan cakupan area Batu Aji dan sekitarnya. Pada tahun 2005 Familia laundry berada di bawah naungan CV Wira Mitra Familia dengan segmentasi pasar tetap pada keluarga dan perorangan. Namun dengan dukungan sebuah armada berupa mobil antar jemput, cakupan area pelayanan jasa laundry meluas hingga daerah Tiban, Baloi, Nagoya, Sei Panas, Batam Centre dan Tanjung Uncang. Mulai awal tahun 2006, pelayanan jasa laundry dari Familia Laundry mulai merambah ke kalangan perusahaan. Beberapa klien kami diantaranya PT. Varta, PT Philips, PT. NXP semiconductor untuk jasa pencucian seragam karyawan, dan PT. Samudera Oceaneering untuk jasa pencucian baju expatriate peserta training perusahaan. Pada akhir tahun 2006, Familia Laundry mengikat kerjasama dengan TEA TREE SPA Holiday Inn Hotel untuk melakukan pelayanan laundry linen yang digunakan oleh Tea Tree SPA.
